LEARN KRAV MAGA IN A COURSE SPECIFICALLY FOR EXPATS

You may be asking yourself why you should choose for Krav Maga as an expat. The reason is simple: we are one of the few that focus specifically on expats. We understand all too well how exciting it can be to find yourself in a new environment. A new country, new values, new colleagues, everything is unknown.

During our Krav Maga course (10-week program) you will only surround yourself with other expats. Learn through sports from others and get the most out of your time in the Netherlands.

AVOID LONELINESS AFTER WORK

Even if you are only here for a year, one year of loneliness after work can do a lot. It can cause mental problems which you’ll carry with you for much longer. You should not want that to happen. Through our Krav Maga Expats Course you can prevent that.

You no longer end up sitting on the couch by yourself at night. You won’t be on each other’s lips every night with your partner. You spend one or two evenings exercising, clearing your head and getting to know other expats.

MY WORK HOURS VARY A LOT… I CAN’T PARTICIPATE. NONSENSE!

Remember what we said? Our Krav Maga course is specifically designed for expats. We therefore take into account your working hours and busy days. You can join just a little later if that project needed to be finished.

Are you excited to start because you have never heard of Krav Maga? Or because you have no experience in self-defense? Our instructors are certified and will take the time for you.

Four questions expats often ask us

Yes, it is just possible. Our instructors have set up a special program for you so we can start at a low threshold and you can work yourself up to a beginner’s level. After the course you will have learned many new things!

We fully understand that you have a busy job. Sometimes it’s just not convenient. Don’t worry, you may make up your class at a later time!

Our Krav Maga classes are taught entirely in English. You don’t have to worry about language barriers. Everyone is welcome!

Let’s get acquainted first during a trial lesson. We find it more important that you feel comfortable with our school and we have a good click. To answer your question: as a beginner a pair of indoor sports shoes and training outfit is sufficient
